This project was a tenant fit-up for JREK Autocare, transforming the existing space into a functional automotive service facility. The fit-up included creating a dedicated garage area for vehicles to drive in and be serviced, along with the installation of new overhead garage doors to provide vehicle access.

The project also included a new office area with a reception, customer waiting area, and washrooms. Additional work involved structural repairs to the existing roof and underground coring to accommodate the required building services for the new layout.
