3Peak Construction completed a tenant fit-up to create a new pet grooming facility within an existing commercial space. The project included selective demolition, construction of new partition walls and a new door, installation of a grooming tub, plumbing modifications, HVAC upgrades, electrical and lighting improvements, and new interior finishes.
Working closely with the client, consultants, and trades, the team delivered a functional, purpose-built grooming space that met operational requirements while integrating seamlessly with the existing building systems.

Completing the fit-up within an occupied commercial building required careful scheduling to minimize disruption to the client and neighbouring tenants.
The project also required flexibility to accommodate client-requested design refinements, including revised lighting selections during construction. 3Peak Construction responded quickly to the evolving requirements, ensuring the updates were seamlessly integrated into the completed space.
