This project involved upgrading the acoustic performance of six private offices through the installation of new soundproofing assemblies. The scope included demolition of existing wall and ceiling finishes, installation of Rockwool Safe’n’Sound insulation, Sonopan acoustic panels, new drywall, upgraded acoustic ceiling tiles, painting, and electrical modifications to accommodate the new wall assemblies. The goal was to improve speech privacy and reduce sound transmission between office spaces while minimizing disruption to building operations.

THE 3peak Challenge
The project required careful coordination to complete renovations within an occupied office environment while protecting existing furnishings and finishes. Achieving improved acoustic performance also required precise installation of multiple soundproofing materials and close coordination with electrical work to accommodate the increased wall thickness, all while maintaining normal business operations.
