Lobby and Washroom Retrofit
The project involved renovating the public washrooms on the ground, third, fourth, and fifth floors, as well as modernizing the ground floor lobby. Work included replacing the lobby wall finishes with new large-format porcelain tile, upgrading washroom finishes and fixtures, and completing associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and accessibility improvements.

The project required careful coordination within an occupied office building while maintaining consistent finishes across the renovated washrooms on multiple floors. Overnight work was strategically scheduled to minimize disruptions, and construction sequencing was adapted throughout the project to coordinate the work of multiple trades and maintain progress.
