3Peak Construction completed the restoration of an exterior wall that had been damaged following a vehicle impact at a commercial office building. Working alongside the project engineer and property manager, the team restored the damaged building envelope and interior finishes while ensuring the structural integrity of the wall was maintained.

The scope included selective demolition, replacement of damaged steel studs, exterior sheathing, brick veneer, insulation, vapour barrier, flashing, sealants, drywall, and interior finishes, along with the reinstatement of affected electrical components. The objective was to return the building to its pre-loss condition safely and efficiently.
