3Peak Construction completed a commercial office tenant fit-up for Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), transforming the existing workspace into a modern, functional office environment. The project included the decommissioning of existing furniture, selective demolition, new framing, construction of a new meeting room with a sliding door and track system, wall finishing, painting, and electrical and communications upgrades.

The project concluded with the installation of new office furniture systems, creating a refreshed workspace that promotes collaboration, improves functionality, and supports the client’s day-to-day operations. Careful coordination of multiple trades ensured the project was completed efficiently while meeting the client’s expectations.
