3Peak Construction served as Construction Manager for the exterior cladding and foundation repair work. The project focused on rehabilitating deteriorated sections of the foundation wall along the south elevation/rear alleyway, coordinating targeted masonry repairs, and maintaining safe operations around an occupied commercial building.

3Peak coordinated the full foundation rehabilitation sequence, including mobilization, staging, safety controls, rear-alley access restrictions, excavation coordination, and consultant review of approximately 3 ft. of exposed foundation wall. The team managed delaminated concrete removal, rebar preparation, localized support/shoring, formwork, concrete reinstatement, cold-weather curing protection, elastomeric coating, threshold sealant, masonry unit replacement, mortar repointing, and coordination of backfill/asphalt closeout with the owner and consultant.
